Later this summer, an update to the EAWR Family Access System will be installed which includes many new features including better messaging between parents and teachers. When this update is released, Internet Explorer version 7 will no longer work. It will be important that you have upgraded to IE8 or even IE9 in order to continue using all of the features of Family Access.
